Shipping Information

General Shipping Information

  1. Buyer Responsibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for and arrange shipping. The buyer should arrange for their merchandise lots to be picked up within three business days of winning the auction bid, unless requesting a two-day extension.
  2. Seller Responsibility: The seller is expected to provide shipping details such as weights of packages or pallets, dimensions, location with zip-code, shipping hours, dates, and times of availability. When a seller provides a shipping time availability for an LTL or full truckload, they must provide a choice of at least two or three dates of available times, and each time frame must be at least three hours.
  3. Shipping Quote Adjustments: Although we urge sellers to provide the most accurate information possible, in case of an adjustment on a shipping quote, it is still the buyer’s responsibility to pay for any price adjustments from their shipping company.
  4. AuctionsBulk Assistance: AuctionsBulk may be able to help with a shipping quote for larger shipments on a case-by-case basis. Buyers should email info@auctionsbulk.com with details like contact person, company name, address, special services needed, and auction lot details.

Shipping Small Auction Lots (Boxes, Cartons, or Packages)

  1. Receiving Shipping Details: After winning the auction, the buyer will be provided with the necessary shipping details, including the number of packages, their weights and dimensions, the pick-up location, and the date the packages will be available for pick-up.
  2. Generating Shipping Labels: The buyer will use the provided shipping details to create shipping labels through their preferred package carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL).
  3. Sending Labels to Auctionbay: Once the shipping labels have been created, the buyer will send them electronically to AuctionsBulk.
  4. Labeling and Pick-up: AuctionsBulk will forward the electronic shipping labels to the seller, who will then print and affix the labels to the appropriate packages. The seller is responsible for ensuring that the package carrier picks up the packages, either by dropping them off at a shipping center or scheduling a pick-up at their location.

Please note that timely communication is essential throughout this process to ensure the smooth and efficient shipping of your winning auction lots.
